Soon you can watch the work we did with this beautiful 300 year old Palazzo in Sicily. Swedish National TV have been with us for almost 2 years now. The program will start the 19.th of march, also to be seen at SVT play in the whole world.

It is grey here in Sweden and I have a bad cold. I look at pictures and dream away… to many places. I am to restless to read a book. I just swipe around and found great pictures to lighten up this day with. Enjoy my friend.
We did it!
I wanted to do this my whole life.
After been driving around in Italy last summer, we ended up byuing this mega
renovation project in Termini Imerese in Sicily. The house is over 400 sqm and it’s named Palazzo Chirillo.
It was a nobel family late 1600 century that built it and the street is even called
” Avenye via Chirillo ”
I will layer tell you the fantastic story of the ”palazzo” and it’s former owners.
No one have lived here for over 30 years. First time I saw it, I knew this was - The House! My husband was not that shore. So we searched one more year. But when we came back this summer agsin, he was even more positive them me.

One small garden, wich is very unic for a town house in the old parts of Termini Imerese.
The Garden have lemon, mandarin, oranges, lime trees, Olive trees etc etc. There is also a lot of junk!!! We have so much work in front of us. But I really looking forward.

I am a hunter.
A collector and a dealer.
I don´t like to click and put things in a basket and go to the cashier.
I love the hunt. I can hunt for years until I find IT...
Then it is not a matter of price...
It is the feeling that I just found and bought a uniq item that no one else have, but me.
I think this is why I prefer vintage items, clothes and furniture.
This Sunday the 28th of May I will have my yearly flea market in my garden from 12.00 o'clock .
You will find treasures from all over the world... big things, small things, expensive stuff and things that I just throw away.

This has been my favorite place in Helsingborg since I was 20 years old. Before we got kids this was my second home.. a little bit like this. So when the owners asked me if I wanted to help them with their renovation I said YES!!!! even though I was super pregnant. I found old traffic mirrors in Prague, vintage Venini lamps from Italy. Chairs from Denmark and the tables we designed.
Arild… a quiet place on earth which I always will love.
We renovated this house from the 70ths which was completely untouched, in all meanings... to this that you see in the pictures.
The pictures spread all over the world. I don’t know what was so special with it, but it was kind of a "breaking the rule feeling" I think that was the fun.

I use to say that I was born in a garage, of course that's not exactly the truth...
My dad raised me and my sister alone cause our mother had run away. I know now that I missed her all my life. Maybe that's where it all started.
When a person who is suppose to love you – leave you, things happen. I remember being 11 years old thinking and feeling I was a grownup. I worked at my fathers garage and did the grocery shopping, cleaned the house etc... went to school of course… but mostly I read tons of books and dreamed away.
I was a quiet child but a wild teen. I loved the thrill and I was brave! I wanted to be a police officer and my idols were Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and "The Phantomen" in the comic magazine. My dad has saved all the magazines, it's every issue from 1984 until 2001… that's a lot :) My wild imagination, restlessness and creativity was hard to handle before I knew what to do with it, so it was a relief when I found out.
I don’t paint but I do houses.
I set up scenes and I want the picture / the room / the environment to talk to you.
You should feel it, like I feel it when I make it.
I love so many things in life, but the most important for me is to be real.
